Kris has been involved in dentistry since 2005 and took over as our office manager at Randall Manor Dental Care in 2017. She is a native Staten Islander and lives right here in West Brighton. Kris has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Brooklyn College. She has extensive professional training and continuing education focused on practice management and coordination of benefits with insurance companies. She will explain everything about the treatment you're going to have done and go over all the particulars of any dental insurance benefits you may have, Kris is in charge of our financial arrangements and can explore a wide variety of convenient payment options with you so we can make sure you are able to get the treatment you need. She also maintains our schedule and will be sure to find you a convenient appointment time.
Gail is our lead dental assistant. She is a native Staten Islander and lives right here in West Brighton. Gail has been a dental assistant for over 30 years, graduating from the College of Staten Island dental assisting program at Staten Island University Hospital in 1986. She has been with our practice since 1996. She is a registered dental assistant, certified by the Dental Assisting National Board. She has completed continuing education in dental radiology and infection control. Gail is in charge of our instrument and equipment sterilization and maintains our rigorous infection control standards. She is also well-versed in all front desk duties including Dental Insurance. Gail is always here to make sure things run smoothly during treatment. She can answer any procedural questions you may have and has a knack for reassuring and keeping you relaxed while you are here.
Kerri will be your dental hygienist. She completed the dental training program at Tottenville High School and began her career as a dental assistant in 1998. She decided on a career in hygiene and continued her studies at New York City College of Technology where she served as her class president and graduated with honors in 2005. Kerri is dedicated to improving your oral health. She is proficient in the treatment and management of periodontal disease and is certified to administer local anesthesia to make your treatment more comfortable. She is extremely thorough and very gentle. At each visit, she will perform a through dental cleaning, head and neck examination, and oral cancer screening. She will also instruct you with the best way to maintain your oral health between dental visits, and probably give you some great book or local restaurant recommendations too. In 2018, she earned her bachelor's degree in health services administration at New York City College of Technology, and in 2020 became a clinical instructor there.
Marie is our newest Hygienist. She has been a dental hygienist for 9 years. She graduated with her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2015 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree completion in 2019 from New York University College of Dentistry. She has always been passionate about the field of dentistry since she was a little girl and knew that she always wanted to help people overcome their dental fears and make them want to smile. In November of 2018, she went on a global outreach to Nepal with NYU that had impacted her life. Marie was given the opportunity to engage in a culture across the world so completely different than ours. Working globally allowed Marie to realize her purpose of how she would like to live her life of providing and caring. Marie has a mission of hoping to impact, whether locally or internationally, to better the lives and help with understanding the importance of not only taking care of your teeth, but your overall health, and overcoming any phobia/fears.
Marie is also an adjunct at New York University College of Dentistry for 4 years! She loves how she is able to help mold future dental hygienists and she is able to combine my love of dentistry along with teaching! It is very rewarding watching the students become professional and going into the dental world confident and ready and that I am one of the faculty able to make that happen!
Aside from being passionate about dentistry, Marie has always been passionate about dance, travel, photography, and reading. On her down time, she is working with a travel agency and planning client’s vacations! She believes in working hard and not just limiting it to your work life, but also personal life. Without hard work and passion, there’s no success.
Sadiah has more than 12 years of experience as a dental assistant. Before joining our team, she spent time in Virginia Beach, Va where she graduated ECPI University with an Associate Degree in Science. She received a Radiation Safety Certification at Virginia Commonwealth University. Sadiah also has assisting experience in Orthodontics, Periodontal, Implant and General Dentistry. Sadiah handles our insurance verifications and will make sure we are up to date on any coverage you may have so we can assist you with reimbursement from your insurance company. Sadiah is a Mom to a 2 yr old Son.
Adriana has more than 7 years of experience as a dental assistant. Before joining our team she spent time in a General Dentist office in Brooklyn. She's excellent at providing comfort and reassurance for all of our patients during treatment. Adriana handles our insurance verifications and will make sure we are up to date on any coverage you may have so we can assist you with reimbursement from your insurance company. Outside of work Adriana enjoys spending time with her 1yr old Son.
